Sacramento
is the capital of California, the 6th largest economy in the world
and currently one of the fastest growing metropolitan region in
the country. Construction of new high-rise buildings in the Downtown
Area, retention and expansion of new employment centers in our business
parks and the revitalization of older commercial corridors mark
current advances in commercial real estate in California's capital.
Add to that new sports facilities and hotels along the Sacramento
River and a major increase in cultural and retail opportunities
make Sacramento the premier place to Live, Work, Learn and Play
in California.
Closer to Lake
Tahoe than any other California metropolitan area, Sacramento also
offers exceptional proximity to the legendary Napa Valley wine country,
national parks and seashores. Sacramento itself is a cultural and
recreational destination, with an orchestra, professional opera
and ballet companies, numerous performing arts venues, a lively
museum community including the oldest art museum west of the Mississippi
River, professional sports, and endless opportunities for sporting
and recreation activities. Sacramento's high contentment quotient
will sit very well with your employees - and with you.
Lake
Tahoe is famous for world-class skiing and snowboarding or,
by summer, spectacular boating, sailing and other water sports.
But when you're looking for the complete destination, Lake Tahoe
answers the call in a myriad of ways. Activities to fit nearly every
request. Adventures in every direction. From casino nightlife, luxurious
spa treatments, boutique shopping, scenic boat cruises, guided snowshoe
tours, ice-skating, dogsledding, snowmobiling, sleigh rides to fitness
clubs, rock climbing instruction and bungee jumping, Lake Tahoe
offers pursuits for every type of mountain traveler. Come see for
yourself. We're sure you'll find plenty to suit your desires.
San Francisco
is a golden dream come true, a place where heart, mind and soul
embrace, lost in the simplicity of delightful deliverance. Fog and
sun mingle playfully above America's favorite city; the cool, cloudy
comfort of early morning slowly dissolving into the peaceful warmth
of a gentle afternoon glow. Touch it....it is real. Feel it.....it
is the essence of escape. Savor it.....it is one of a kind. Little
wonder why San Francisco has been named the world's top city twice
by readers of Condé Nast Traveler; the top U.S. city seven
times since 1988.
San
Francisco's neighborhoods comprise its inner beauty, enhancing daydreams,
opening doors to new and exciting visions. The City is a cultural
wonderland, an ethnic treasure chest where custom, tradition and
history are preserved, celebrated, shared. So take your time and
explore The City. You'll find that the Gold Rush days have never
really ended here; there's still plenty of gold to be found. The
restless spirit of The City's Barbary Coast past lives on, fueled
by a desire to be different, nurtured by infinite viewpoints, personalities,
styles.
Magical moments
abound. The echo of cable car bells from atop great hills. The rejuvenation
of the soul upon crossing the Golden Gate Bridge. The splendor and
elegance of a boat cruise on San Francisco Bay. The soft touching
of wine glasses over a gourmet meal. The views. The people. The
sights. The sounds. The City.
So come and
share the wealth. Let your heart, mind and soul wander. Stay as
long as you like. San Francisco encourages lingering. It was designed
with adventure, romance and pleasure in mind. It is one of life's
great indulgences, so indulge. It is one of the world's most gratifying
escapes, so escape. It is where the world comes to unwind. It is
America's preeminent playground.
Napa
Valley
in California is well known for its production of wine. People come
from all around the world to experience the beauty of the valley
and indulge in the education of wine making and don't forget the
tasting. Make no mistake, Napa Valley has more to offer than jus
the wind tasting although that would be enough to fill up a vacation.
Napa Valley is perfect for romance if you are planning a getaway
for two yet still offers a relaxing vacation the whole family can
enjoy.
When you come to the Napa Valley you may find yourself wishing you
had planned to spend more time here to enjoy all the great things
to do. There is wine tasting, but the Valley also offers plenty
of opportunity for fun and exploration. There are definitely lots
of activities and attractions to se and do. Museums browsing, camping,
shopping, golf and outdoor concerts are just a few of the things
you can choose to experience. There are also lots of things to fly
and ride. Balloons, gliders, the Wine Plane, horses, bicycles, small
cruise ships and the Napa Valley Wine Train are all here for you
to enjoy.
Redding/Mount
Shasta. Snowcapped Mt. Shasta with all its grandeur towering
high in the blue sky, standing 14,162 feet in elevation, alone and
massive in size, isolating itself from the rugged peaks that surround
it like a lonely pyramid in the desert. Located in Siskiyou County,
it can easily be seen for more than 100 miles when you're traveling
on any highway.
Mt. Shasta is
the second most southerly mountain in the Cascade Range and acts
like a divide between northeastern and northwestern California.
Located in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest and situated within
this magnificent area is a paradise of trees, streams, and high
mountain lakes. Most of the mountain lakes can be reached by car
or four-wheel drive and others are accessible for the hikers only.
